Little Athletics ACT will be conducting the Introduction to Coaching Course (ITCC) for the first time in 2017. This course was previously owned and presented by the Australian Track and Field Coaches Association in the ACT.

The ITCC is a course specifically designed for parents, beginner coaches, especially teachers and other interested people who want to coach/teach beginner athletics. It is an “event specific” track and field course designed to give people the ability and confidence to coach basic level athletics to children aged 5-15 years.

There are no exams and everyone receives a detailed handbook with information on each event. The cost of the course is $110. Please find below the dates that the course will be held in 2017. If the dates below don’t suit please contact Shane at development@actlaa.org.au as we can always add courses if the interest is there.

• Sunday 29^th October 2017 Woden Park Athletics Centre 9am- 3:30pm
• 8^th, 15^th and 22^nd November 2017 Woden Park Athletics Centre 5pm- 7pm. The ITCC will be split over 3 Wednesday nights. Participants must attend each night.
